I'm a Christian LCSW that loves to learn and has a goofy sense of humor. I believe that anyone can change as long as their are willing to do the work and be honest about their challenges. 

Qualifications

LCSW, MSW, Gottman pending certification, EMDR level 2. 10+ years of being a 1st responder social worker in the community. Love working with those who help all day, and I have 4 years of experience working in prison as a social worker. 

Specialties & Issues

I love providing solutions to clients to help them overcome their struggles. EMDR and Gottman Couples work are my areas of expertise. I love doing both in person retreat marathon intensives and online work. 

Approach

For individual work: I will offer a supportive wrap around program to help you find life balance and decrease your stress. We will start by working through what major life stressors are getting in your way and holding you back from living your calling. I can offer you as much accountability as you would like and together we will get you from Stress to Blessed in both group and individual work. Once you feel like your life is where you would like it we can do couples work.

For Couples Work: We will use the Gottman Method with a state-of-the-art Love Lab assessment process, based on over four decades of research and EMDR. We will give you specific action steps to improve your relationship. My services include: 50-90-minute sessions and retreats and marathons.

I'm not current paneled with insurance. I can provide a superbill for a reciept if needed.
