Approach
I come from a strengths perspective and believe in self-love's power. No one therapeutic model works for everyone, as we are all unique. I listen and collaborate with my clients to help them achieve their highest selves. I work with reading and writing tools, and I know that behavior change, although challenging, will lead to positive changes in the mind, body, and soul. What life throws at us does not define us. It is what we do to overcome that creates our most significant achievements.
