I utilize a Client-Focused approach to counseling. You are the expert in your life and your goals. I am here to support you to achieve those goals. I am not leading you through counseling. I am walking beside you. An important part of the grief process is the retelling your story of loss. I am ready to hear it and honor it. I have a practical approach to counseling and excel at providing Solution Focused coaching. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and techniques to address complicated grief issues.
