Let's get started on your journey to internal healing for growth and change!
Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to positive and peaceful well-being.
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
Please call or email me for an individual, couples, or family therapy consultation today.

Approach
Therapy is an individualized process based on the goals of the client. My approach with clients is to provide a safe environment for processing. I develop treatment interventions based on what is most indicated for each individual and their treatment goals. I work closely with clients to ensure that their specific needs are being addressed and that their therapy is a catalyst for personal growth.
I tend to use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness, EMDR, and other evidence-based modalities in order to develop and implement interventions for each client. I use a variety of techniques and skill-building with clients, find what works for them and what doesn't work as well, and build a strong support structure using methods that the client affirms as helpful. The approach to healing reflects the client's individual strengths. -
