What is Resilience?

Written by an iTherapy Provider

What is Resilience?

The dictionary defines resilience as:

  • The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties
  • The ability of a substance or object to spring back into shape; elasticity

When pressure is placed on an object – or person – what happens? Do they remain pressed down? Do they lose hope that they will ever recover?

Like a willow tree that bends and sways, I help people to recover…to find what they lost, or maybe never realized they had. To seek Wellbeing, Wellness, Flourishing, Peace. Give me a call and let’s see if in working together we can help you to Thrive.
