Tracey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a fully online counseling practice serving clients in Virginia. Her 20+ year career has taken her into schools, healthcare, university/research, and nonprofit organizations. She currently focuses her practice on serving mothers in all stages, as she is a trained pregnancy and postpartum counselor. Her personal experiences as a mother of teens has helped her recognized the immense stress many mothers experience in managing the many demands of daily life. Her counseling style is person-centered and solution-focused, utilizing mindfulness and curiosity as a guide to each client’s unique path to emotional wellness. In addition to her counseling practice, Tracey is an experienced speaker and trainer in the area of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and behavioral health integration.
Tracey is a graduate of James Madison University and Virginia Commonwealth University (Go Rams!!), and resides in Richmond with her spouse, tween and teen children, and her black-and-white dog and black-and-white cat.
