Introduction to Diaphragmatic Breathing (video)

Diaphragmatic Breathing can stop a stress response – be it panic, worry, muscle tension, stomach pain – in its tracks. Stress responses can include heightened irritability or anxiety, angry outbursts, acute muscle pain, or panic. Learn to control your breathing, and have more (healthy) control in your life. Don’t forget to also address whatever factors underlie your stress too!
