How Anxiety Tricks Us

Anxiety thrives on the client to try and figure it out.

Efforts to try and figure it out become a ritual in itself. There is no need to understand it in minute details in order to get better.

Acceptance is the first key to overcome anxiety. Learning to accept your anxiety will be the beginning to slowly shrinking your fears. As therapist we help our clients by teaching them to embrace and accept painful anxious thoughts in order for the them to begin to take control.
