I work with the agency Bingham Marriage & Family Therapy, Inc. (DBA Alternative Health Consultants). I started Alternative Health Consultants in 2000 as a platform to help othes with health and nutritional advice. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Science, centering on alternative health options.
I am a Certified Professional Coach. As a Coach, my focus has been on helping others overcome personal and professional challenges.
My other training and certifications allow me to facilitate Anger Management classes, Batterer’s Intervention groups, Child Abuse Intervention groups, and, Parenting classes. I also have completed an extensive review of research in the fields of Family Violence and Alcohol/Drugs.

I am a native Californian. I am a supporter of animal protection agencies that help to at least slow down animal cruelty. I have three dogs and one cat.

Approach
My approach is very goal-oriented. I help clients see beyond where they are currently and re-focus on a positive, rewarding, and happier future. I've found that often helping clients re-focus on what is working well in their life, and building on this tends to help people get unstuck. I am compassionate and emotionally supportive with clients as they move through the transitions that may happen in their life as they move towards their dreams and aspirations. I have learned that when one starts a new journey, the road may be winding and new opportunities may seen daunting. Many people say "Change is bad." I believe "Change can be good, and, with it comes exciting opportunities."
