Dr. Henderson promotes problem-solving and skill building for a range of disorders that affect children and adolescents, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotion dysregulation, family problems, OCD, trauma, learning problems, behavioral concerns, and peer and social issues. Therapies utilized include: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), individual therapy, play therapy, parent coaching, and family therapy.

Specialties & Issues
Dr. Henderson treats a range of ages, typically between ages 3-18, as well as college-aged individuals. She has particular expertise in helping the "littles", young children from 2-7 years of age.

Services & Rates
Sessions are self-pay and can be scheduled for 30, 45, and 60 minutes blocks. Dr. Henderson will provide detailed documentation that can be submitted to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement, and she accepts HSA and FSA cards.
