You’re such a hardworking, caring person and yet - even as you give and give and give - somehow, things seem to have gotten worse. You’re not getting back even close to as much as you’re putting out. Everyday life is hard enough - there’s a job to do, bills to pay, plenty of other responsibilities and challenges. But if you’re honest with yourself, the biggest of these challenges is your relationship.
You feel as though you’re at a breaking point.
You’ve put all that you can into this and it is clearly not getting any better.
So you’re ready. You’re either ready to end things now or you’ve already ended them and you’re ready to do the hard work of putting your life back together. You’re ready to heal with some great therapy. I’m ready to join you in that work.
You may still be worried about what life may be like after a relationship. You’ve been so invested in it for so long, it may be hard to imagine life without it.
I hear you. I understand how scary that can be. That’s totally normal and you are absolutely not alone with that fear.
But let me tell you, life can be amazing after a bad relationship. It’s not always easy - it takes some difficult work - but you truly can build your life into one you’ve always dreamed of even after an awful relationship.
Imagine having time to spend on the things YOU enjoy.
Imagine discovering the person YOU want to be.
Imagine waking up in the morning knowing YOU have created the life you deserve
If you’re ready to do the work, I am ready to help you. I’m Michele Seeley, LPC. I’ve been doing this work for more than 7 years. I can help you heal from the pain, focus on moving forward, and learn to build a life you love.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life that I apply to every therapy client I see, it’s that…
LIFE DOESN’T END AFTER ONE BAD EVENT
Life can be great!
But it takes a lot of work. I’ve had to move around a lot, and I’ve had multiple career changes, but I’ve finally figured out some things that make me happy:
I love my pets
I love my yarn to knit and crochet with.
And I love my work.
I love helping women find empowerment, healthy boundaries, and ultimately work towards creating healthier and happier lives for themselves.
After being out of school for almost two decades, I went back to school to do this work because I knew it was something I’d be good at that would also be helping people. I haven’t looked back since. This work is by far the most rewarding work I’ve done. There’s no better feeling than helping my clients break through and out of negative thinking. I love seeing my clients achieve the goals we set together. And I love guiding them on their journey to a healthier, happier life.

I've practiced counseling in a private setting as well as a non-profit agency treating such issues as depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, trauma and domestic violence. Volunteering and working for three years as an adult advocate assisting clients in obtaining restraining orders, allowed me to become familiar with the judicial system.
When I’m not helping my clients reach new breakthroughs, I enjoy listening to podcasts of any thing positive and motivating. Yarn is an expensive passion but I can't get enough. Knitting and crochet are pastimes that calm me while I'm being creative. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. If you ask anyone who knows me if I love animals........the answer will always be YES!!!!!
