I also have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of North Carolina. I have more than 5 years' experience working in a variety of clinical settings providing direct support to both individuals and groups.

I am a Doctor of Philosophy and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of North Carolina. I provide counseling for individuals and couples with a focus on women's issues, challenges associated with grief and loss, infidelity, marriage and relationship issues. I love working with people and helping them grow, overcome obstacles, and discover the hidden treasures of self-awareness found within. Over the last 5 years, I have worked with a wide range of clients including adolescents, and adults in various capacities. I also have an extensive background in academic/collegiate counseling with experience facilitating workshops and psycho-education classes that focus on empowerment, personal growth, and self-esteem. I have helped many individuals overcome fears, discover unrealized potential and overcome challenging life experiences. I have the training and experience to help you work through whatever challenges you are facing, whether its intimate relationship issues and difficulties, conflict resolution, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, low self-esteem, fears and or self-destructive behavior. My goal is to be a supportive and empathetic counselor who helps you explore in a completely safe and non-judgment environment your feelings, thoughts, fears and any self-defeating behaviors. I desire to assist you with problem-solving skills towards becoming more effective as it relates to everyday living. Whether its overcoming depression, dealing with a traumatic experience or marital and family challenges we will work together to find solutions to resolve and overcome those past hurts and conflicts. I will assist you with discovering your inner strength and abilities to take control of your life and relationships. It is my goal to help you move one step closer to feeling empowered and on a positive path towards growth and well-being.
Services & Rates
I conduct online video and in office appointments. The initial intake session is 60-90 minutes in length and the continuing sessions are 30-60 minutes in length.
