I enjoy working with families struggling with interpersonal relationships, pre and post marital issues, communication difficulties, substance abuse, and trauma. I have experience working with individuals dealing with addictions and recovery, depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self esteem, grief, anger management, self harming issues, and borderline personality disorder. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I use a person-centered approach with an emphasis on being mindful and solution focused. My goal as your therapist will be to help you feel safe, to build rapport, and trust in me as your therapist and in the therapeutic process. I will work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your personal life goals and help you to improve your responses to difficult life situations. I utilize empathy, motivational interviewing, and active listening techniques to support you in having a truly wonderful counseling experience. I am truly looking forward to working and growing together with you.

Loves listening to audio books, I workout, I love hiking and doing yoga, my favorite pass time is going to the movies, I love sic-fi, Star Trek is one of my favorites, and I am an avid superhero fan.
Qualifications
My under graduate degree is in Behavior Sciences and I earned my Masters of Science Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I have specialized training in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am Licensed with the State of Arizona and I am qualified as a Clinical Supervisor. -

Initial Intake (1 hour) $120.00 Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes) $90.00 Family, Marriage, or Couples Therapy Session (50 minutes) $150.00 Group Therapy- Prices vary depending on group. Please ask group facilitator for prices. Photocopies of Medical Records $0.15 per page and a $50 administrative charge Paperwork $20 per 15 minutes Late Cancellation/No shows $50.00 Licence in the State of Arizona.
