In addition to being a licensed mental health clinician, I am an Integrative Health Coach and Functional Nutrition Practitioner. I draw upon many methods for healing and change, depending on the client including mindfulness, CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, DBT, trauma-informed approaches, and EFT. I have worked with women and children for more than 20 years, especially around trauma as well as post-partum challenges. I also specialize in chronic health issues including Lyme disease.

I don't bill insurance. I do provide a superbill for clients who want to pursue reimbursement for out of network care.
