Anyone can feel overwhelmed, anxious, irritable, or angry due to situations beyond their control or choice. You might be questioning your place in the world, and the choices you’ve made or want to make…wondering who am I and am I good enough. You may have done hours of talk therapy and there is still something holding you back from your desired life.
The constant questioning, self-doubt, sadness, and anxiety can wear you down and interfere with enjoying your life or become so debilitating that you can't find the energy to keep trying. A sense of peace, competence, and confidence in your ability to handle whatever life throws at you is possible. The answers are within and I help my clients find them.
For your FREE 20-minute secure video session to discuss how we might work together to find pro-active solutions to those things weighing on you the most, contact me at (414) 485-0700 or email jan@therapysecure.com .

Personal Information
My husband and I have been married for 40 years. Our four adult sons and their spouses have gifted us with 8 grandchildren. I have personal experience around special needs families and the impact of caring for a chronically ill adult or child has on every member of a family.
I work to practice what I preach by working out regularly, dancing, and performing in parades with the Milwaukee Dancing Grannies. I love knitting, reading, gardening, cycling, and walking my dog. Coffee with my husband on a regular basis is a simple, but great joy.
