Welcome and thank you for stopping by to meet the 'Therapist Near You'! My training and experience in the field of Community Counseling has been wide and vast over the years. For 2 decades I've been serving clients in the state of Pennsylvania. I'm enthusiastic about working with others and make efforts to have this noticeable in session. I realize that all walks of life can pose their challenges from time to time. Asking for help and guidance is a part of our nature as we are social creatures. Furthermore, this is okay for us to do. I believe in the power of change. I view my clients as capable, strong and courageous. Cultivating growth and development is always in focus on my 'virtual couch'.
I'm a good fit for you if:
- You enjoy humor and laughing
- You can tolerate the occasional slip of a swear word
- You are willing to do the work to yield the result
- You are willing to be vulnerable and honest
- You can be agreeable to and willing to work plans of action
I'm not a good fit for you if:
- You are looking to build a case for a custody battle
- Your goal is NOT to preserve your family system
- Arguing and control are more important than maintaining healthy relationships
- You're not bought into the idea of change
- You want a 'quick' fix
