Maybe you’ve gone through a recent life change or maybe the coping skills you usually use just aren’t cutting it anymore. You want to get out of your own head and get through your day without feeling completely overwhelmed by work, school, or caring for your children. It is my goal to help you increase your ability to address your unique needs.
