Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my primary approach for therapy.

Services & Rates
Rates: Therapy sessions last 45-60 minutes beginning on the hour. Sessions are typically held once a week or every two weeks. Initial consultation sessions are dedicated to assessment, which involves gathering information about you, your family, and the problem bringing you to therapy. To gain the full benefits of therapy it is strongly encouraged that you fully participate in the sessions through regular attendance and willingness to try alternative perspectives for both the problem and its solutions. The initial consultation is FREE. Individual sessions are $30.00 for 45 minutes. Couple-Counseling sessions are $60.00 per couple for 60 minutes. I accept PayPal, CashApp and QuickPay with Zelle.
