Approach
Working together, we will reach a place where you can better understand yourself and your reality as a mom, no matter what stage of motherhood you are experiencing. My goal is to make you feel supported, to help you see your world through a new lens, and to allow you to rediscover yourself outside of being a mother. I will teach you to connect with your family and your environment in a healthier way, while also helping you see that making time for yourself is important and OK! I will show you that there IS a light at the end of the tunnel, and I will guide you through this trying time in your life in a way that makes you feel calmer, happier, and more fulfilled as a person AND as a mother. It can be liberating just to ask for help from a counselor- I encourage you to place as much value on yourself as you do the others in your life and take this first step. -
