I have extensive training in working with children, adolescents, and families. I have expertise in psychological evaluation and testing and the following evidenced based practices: Mindfulness Practice, Trauma Informed Care and Interventions, Brain Health Coaching, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Gottman Couples Therapy, Bio-Feedback, and Play Therapy. Additionally, I am a certified HeartMath (bio-feedback) instructor and specialize in helping individuals and groups change heart rate variability physiology in order to improve personal resilience, mood, and body and brain health. I have been training therapists to work with clients since 2012 and am an approved supervisor for the Licensed Professional Counselor Oregon Board.
