Session One - Two: Getting to know you and your symptoms. During this time, we will discuss what you are going through, what symptoms are present, and any additional topics you would like to address in therapy. Session Two -Three: Determining Your Goals For Therapy. After discussing the target therapy topics, we will establish goals for inside or and outside of the therapy session to compose a plan and goals for your therapeutic journey. ~ Come take step one with me. ~
